Genacol Ingredients – Are they Safe & Effective?

Medical and non-medical ingredients included in this product are as follows.

Glucosamine hydrochloride

– The body uses glucosamine to create other compounds that help to develop tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and the fluid that surrounds joints.

The fluid and cartilage that surrounds joints provide cushioning. Taking glucosamine may assist in enhancing cartilage and fluid surrounding joints and/or prevent joint deterioration

For osteoarthritis, glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride are often used. Glucosamine is also used to treat joint discomfort, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and a variety of other ailments[1].

Genacol - Supplement Facts

Genacol – Supplement Facts

AminoLock Collagen

Collagen supplements are high in amino acids including glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline, all of which help to create joint cartilage and may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties[2].

Gelatin

Gelatin is one of the most versatile biopolymers, with many uses in food, confectionery, pharmaceutical/medical, cosmetic, and technological industries[3].

Vegetable magnesium stearate

– The most common tablet lubricant is magnesium stearate. However, it may result in poorer wettability and slower tablet disintegration, as well as delayed and even lower drug solubility.

Magnesium stearate is also effective in dry coating procedures[4].

Works great on my aches and pains!!!
I notice more when I have forgotten it. Took 4 pills the first month to load then and then backed down to 2 pills. Sone days I still take 4 if I am achy in the AM. But have been able to cut down from 2000mg ibuprofen a day to about 800mg. Big difference. I highly recommend this product. Thanks– Solestra

    A lying marketing claim
I have severe arthritis. I went to a specialist and asked him about this product. He said I could try it if I thought it would help. I tried it, but Genacol didn’t do anything. It was a waste of time and money. I’m so glad I bought it at Costco, as they refund your money if you are not satisfied with a product you buy there. I would advise everyone not to swallow these marketing claims unless you feel like throwing money away on products that do nothing for you. Read the other reviews. If this product worked, then every doctor and arthritis specialist would recommend it for all their patients. They don’t, because they know it doesn’t work. And if it worked, it would wipe out the afflictions of inflammation worldwide, like a measles vaccine wipes out measles, right? I would not have given it even one star, but a 0-star rating was not possible.

    Highway robbery Buyer beware!
How is this scam allowed to continue? It claims to deliver results in as little as 5 days! Based on what? I realize that no two people are the same, but everyone has these ingredients in their body, so I would expect even a small change after half a bottle. Not a chance. However, I have gained daily stomach cramps! I also realize that supplements are not regulated by government health agencies, but this is basic fraud designed to bilk people out of their money. At this price, the only benefit I got was a serious lesson in distrust. God only knows what is actually in these capsules!
  3. Aidan Butler

    Not to satificed with Genacol.
I have tried this Genacol with eggshell for faster relief, but it does not work for me. Pain in my joints and even if I still have pain. I will not recommended this to anyone.
  4. Gaetan Thibeault

    Genacol (Aminolock Collagen)
To Whom this may apply: I have tried your product by taking 3 pills per day as required and my pain level was at an 8. After 3 weeks I had not felt much effect taking these pills and ended up with a swollen foot ( especially around the angle) causing my foot to become swollen, red to the touch, and very warm.

I was prescribed Cephalexin 500 mg to bring down my swelling and had stopped taking your product. I may have had a reaction who knows but I am not taking these pills any further.

Hopefully, it was not your product that caused me so much pain. Thank you!

    GENACOL PAIN RELIEF
This product is nothing but a SCAM. It absolutely does NOTHING, you might as well take a sugar pill. My expectations were to experience some pain relief but I might as well take TYLENOL. This product is garbage!
  6. M.C. Wilson

    Genacol works for me.
Despite knowing that Genacol does not work for everyone, about five years ago — out of desperation — I gave it a 1-month trial. By week 3, I had definite relief, supplementing my somewhat helpful prescription anti-inflammatory. After two years, I paused my daily Genacol but promptly regretted that. My hands, wrists, knees, and one hip hurt horribly until I resumed Genacol. I feel VERY lucky that it does the trick. It is less effective when I consume milk products, yet helps a little even if I take that risk (foolishly on my part!)
  7. Miguel R

It offered absolutely no relieve whatsoever
I’m a long time chronic joint pain sufferer, and my reason for purchasing Genacol was to relieve me of the pain. It offered absolutely no pain reduction whatsoever, but I had to deal with some minor allergic reactions and side effects such as bloating. I had to look for another pain reliever, but that was after this supplement made to go through diarrhea spree and not forgetting the headaches. I discontinued using Genacol with immediate effect and never again will I use it. I won’t recommend it to anyone, and I wish my fellow chronic joint pain sufferers, keep off from Genacol.
  8. Margot F

    Very basic formula
I purchased Genacol after trying a couple different products over the years, and to be honest I’m a bit disappointed at the fact that it only contains one primary ingredient. I know that collagen is very important to the health of your joints, and wished they had combined it with a couple other effective joint support ingredients. I still have a few pills left in the bottle, and I’m thinking that it might be a good idea to combine it with glucosamine and something else to see if it gives me greater relief from my discomfort. This is more or less an entry-level supplement.
  9. Carter

It gave no real noticeable benefits!
I am 45+ years old suffering from muscle and joint pain all the time. I came across this product and I took it for few weeks with no real noticeable benefits. It hurts as much as usual. The pain is so bad I have to take an extra anti-inflammatory which I’m not happy about.
